• Expired 30-Day Trials must be deleted before trying to install a download.

• If you have completed the download and cannot find the setup file, tell them it will most likely in the following folder: c:\TEMP\SUNBURST\NAME OF PROGRAM\Setup

  • For all Mac users Stuffit Expander is required for the download installation to complete.

• Once .SEA file has been installed it will show up on your desktop.

• You must then open Stuffit Expnader and drag the .SEA file you just downloaded onto it

• Once the file has been unstuffed you will see a folder on your desktop appear which is usually going to be the title of the software.

• Within the folder you will find a setup file which you need to double-click

• Once Setup has been installed the program will be installed to your desktop
